We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or fulfillment providers.

5. Returns & Refund Policy (Physical Merchandise)

All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions)

Because products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Buyer’s remorse

• Preference changes

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

• Damaged

• Misprinted

• Defective

• Incorrect (wrong item received)

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, you must provide:

• Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will:

• Issue a replacement, or

• Provide a refund at our discretion

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

• You must contact the shipping carrier first

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the fulfillment provider to resolve the issue.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production, which may occur shortly after purchase.

Access is for personal use only and may not be shared.
