WR: Keon Coleman - BUF

Keon Coleman is one of my favorite offseason rookies so far this year. The kid is absolutely hilarious. It makes it easy to root for him, and if we're being honest, he has a chance to succeed here in Buffalo. We know Diggs and Davis are gone, so that's going to free up plenty of targets in this offense. But also, there is no other wide receiver on this roster that's the physical type deep threat that Keon Coleman is. And yes, I'm saying that knowing the fact that Chase Claypool and MVS are in town as well. They just aren't as complete as Keon Coleman. He is the most physical wide receiver on this team.

His biggest competition for targets are going to be Khalil Shakir, Curtis Samuel, and Dalton Kincaid. But one of my biggest red flags for Keon Coleman is can he produce in the brutal Buffalo winters? Because if he can and offensive coordinator Joe Brady can find him consistent targets on a weekly basis, we could be in line for immediate production.

And what really makes that easier is playing on a team that has a top-tier quarterback like Josh Allen. So we have a top-tier team with a top-tier quarterback coming into a team that has targets available. Things look like they could be on the up and up this year for Keon Coleman.

So why am I not higher on him this year? Well, honestly, it's because there's another player in this offense, Khalil Shakir, who's being drafted later on in your fantasy football drafts that, in my opinion, has a better overall shot of producing right away in 2024.
